The Department of ENT (ear, nose, and throat) and Skull Base Surgery provides comprehensive and compassionate treatments to individuals with disorders of the head and neck, sino-nasal passages, ear, vestibular system, facial nerve, and skull base, as well as people with cancers of the head and neck.
Its multidisciplinary team provides a complete spectrum of care, beginning with accurate diagnosis. The team is also committed to evidence-based medicine and scholarly advancement, continuously striving to develop novel treatments through research and clinical trials.

Its multidisciplinary team of specialists includes ENT surgeons, radiation oncologists, medical oncologists, speech-language pathologists, and reconstructive surgeons to appearance and expressions.

Hearing loss can have devestating effects on an individual’s ability to engage with friends, family, and the world around them. This can cause severe anxiety, depression, and social isolation. Moreover, research has shown that not being able to hear significantly increases the risk of developing mild cognitive impairment and dementia.
The Hearing Health Science Program provides expert treatment and care to individuals with hearing loss while developing novel treatments and technologies through clinical innovative research, clinical trials, and academic collaborations.
