Board of Trustees

The foundation is governed by the Board of Trustees, which comprises community members who serve voluntarily.

Under the Board’s guidance, Barrow Neurological Foundation remains the leading foundation in the CommonSpirit system, increases overall philanthropy each year, and provides record grants to Barrow Neurological Institute.

Women’s Board

The Women’s Board of Barrow Neurological Foundation has been an integral part of our success since the early days of Barrow Neurological Institute. Founded in 1964, just three years after the Institute’s conception, the Women’s Board has played a crucial role in advancing neurological research and care.

Established in 1964 with 27 dedicated women selected by Drs. John Green and Loyal Davis
